Yes, very interesting and convincing. One simple way is to close your mouth and nose with your palm and breathe out and breathe in a few times. Repeat a few times a day. Does this sound ok ? CO2 can raise the pH of blood eventually, but I don’t know whether these exercises would do much of that ? On the face of it, this can become a normal beneficial activity for mild patients.
