Are you sure vaccines can aid in acquired immunity? Many doctors are saying that vaccines cannot work by giving us a bit of something and we acquire immunity to it. Seems there aren't any real studies to prove it. Vaccines seem to be making people sicker more than helping.

It depends on what is actually in the vaccines now compared to what was in vaccines before. We all got a vaccine against Polio when I was young, just like everyone back then, and polio was defeated. That vaccine gave us immunity, so if they say it does not provide us with protection, there are only two explanations: 1. Either the vaccine has changed, or 2. the Doctors are lying.

I would like to carefully read the salt studies myself. I always link to the particular studies I reference in my Substack. Dr. James DiNicolantonio wrote The Salt Fix. In the book, he cites hundreds of studies showing that salt is very beneficial to the immune system. However, one way the data can be skewed is when the high salt group is getting their salt from chips and highly processed foods. In that case, it’s the seed oils, preservatives, and processed carbs impairing the immune system not the salt. Check out this YouTube by Dr. James which is an overview of his research. https://youtu.be/3f8VAK-K1A0?si=8qXTCrLdtlY6rjVe
